We are looking for a Group Consolidation Specialist to join our Group Financial Controlling team.
The role offers exposure to IFRS reporting, multinational operations, external audits, and Finance transformation initiatives within an international business environment. Working closely with Finance teams and external stakeholders, the role supports Group reporting, consolidation activities, and the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of Annual and Interim Group Financial Statements, including related disclosures, in accordance with IFRS.
- Participate in the Group monthly closing process.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and eliminations of intercompany transactions across the Group.
- Liaise with external auditors during audit procedures by providing supporting documentation and responding to audit-related inquiries.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of Group accounting policies and procedures.
- Support Group governance and finance control processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation systems and related processes.
- Participate in ad hoc financial and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- + 3 years of professional experience in Group Accounting and Consolidation within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Group reporting principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g. BPC or similar) will be considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- ACCA qualification or ongoing certification will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.

- Adaptability and flexibility within a dynamic business environment.
