So what’s the challenge…

As a Senior Lawyer you will be providing legal advice and consultation for the business operations of the assigned area of responsibility and handling the execution of legal actions for the avoidance of potential legal risks and the protection of Allwyn Group interests.

Your day to day will include:

• Handling complex litigation, managing a sophisticated disputes portfolio end-to-end, with full ownership and accountability, with particular focus on commercial agency, competition- related claims, and complex third-party contractual disputes.
• Representing Allwyn Hellas and its affiliated entities in litigation, ADR proceedings, as well as before public authorities and bodies, as required.
• Drafting and overseeing high-impact legal work, including pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, and executive-level memoranda, ensuring quality and strategic alignment
• Providing expert, business-oriented legal advice, proactively identifying risks and delivering pragmatic, commercially sound solutions.
• Conducting advanced case analysis and legal research, supporting dispute strategy, legal risk assessment and broader advisory work.
• Monitoring legislative, regulatory and case law developments, translating them into timely, practical guidance for stakeholders.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives, as required, across a range of legal, regulatory and operational matters.
• Driving team excellence, including mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous enhancement of internal processes and ways of working.
• Preparing and presenting litigation reporting, covering exposure, key developments and risk areas.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and Master’s degree (LLM) in Civil and/or Private Law
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience within a large organization or a prominent law firm
• Proven court experience
• Solid legal research & drafting skills
• Familiarity with legal technology tools & platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Creative problem solving – ability to handle complex legal issues
• Excellent knowledge of English & Greek
