Requirements

ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Support the service team by maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times

• Work closely with waiters and colleagues to ensure smooth service and positive teamwork

• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate basic menu information to guests with confidence and enthusiasm

• Prepare and maintain mise en place for service areas and operating equipment as required

• Adhere to all health, safety, and fire regulations at all times

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming

• Ensure workstations, service areas, and equipment are kept clean and tidy throughout service

• Respond promptly to guest requests and report or assist in resolving guest concerns as needed
