Traffic Modeller

Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.

We are seeking a Traffic Modeler / Transport Engineer to join our transportation planning and engineering team, contributing to the development and assessment of transport and mobility projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate, and maintain traffic and transport models for urban and interurban transport projects.
• Conduct traffic forecasting, demand analysis, and mobility assessments.
• Support the preparation of transportation and traffic engineering studies.
• Analyze traffic data and prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Participate in the evaluation of transport infrastructure and mobility scenarios.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders during study and design phases.
• Support project teams during tendering and implementation phases with transport planning input.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of modeling assumptions, methodologies, and outputs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven professional experience in traffic and transport modeling.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning and traffic engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with PTV Visum is required.
• Experience with additional traffic simulation or transport planning software will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with traffic analysis, forecasting methodologies, and transport data processing.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary consulting teams.
