About WTF


WTF is a fast-growing video production, media, and digital content company, collaborating with journalists, content creators, media partners, and commercial stakeholders across Greece and international markets.

As we continue to expand our activities, partnerships, and projects, we are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff / Business Operations Manager who will act as the key link between Leadership, Operations, and external partners, ensuring that strategic decisions, partnerships, and initiatives are effectively executed and delivered.


The Role


This is not a traditional Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or administrative support position.

We are looking for a highly trusted professional who will work closely with the CEO, the Group Owner, and the Head of WTF, taking ownership of the company’s key operational initiatives and ensuring that important projects, partnerships, and business activities move forward efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating decisions and strategic initiatives into actionable plans, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.

This role requires someone who can see the bigger picture while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented, keeping leadership informed through concise reporting and clear visibility across all ongoing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Project & Initiative Execution
  • Monitor and coordinate all strategic projects and business initiatives across WTF
  • Translate leadership decisions into clear action plans
  • Define next steps, owners, deadlines, and priorities
  • Track progress and ensure successful completion of initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, and execution risks
  • Proactively drive projects forward and ensure accountability across stakeholders

Partnership & Deal Implementation
  • Coordinate the implementation of partnerships, commercial agreements, and strategic collaborations
  • Understand the operational impact of each new agreement and initiative
  • Work closely with Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure all required actions and deliverables are completed on time
  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments and partners

Executive & Business Operations Support
  • Work directly with the CEO, Group Owner, and Head of WTF on critical business matters
  • Maintain full visibility of ongoing projects, priorities, and operational issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives requiring alignment between multiple teams
  • Follow up relentlessly to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Support leadership in prioritizing actions and business objectives

Reporting & Visibility
  • Prepare concise and meaningful reports for senior leadership
  • Provide visibility into project status, priorities, risks, and pending actions
  • Ensure leadership has the information needed to make informed decisions quickly
  • Maintain clear tracking and monitoring of all critical initiatives and commitments


Requirements


Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as:
  • Chief of Staff
  • Business Operations
  • Operations Management
  • Project Management
  • PMO
  • Executive Operations
  • Strategic Project Coordination
  • Executive Support to C-Level executives
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong execution mindset and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy

  • Exposure to partnership management and commercial agreements
  • Experience in PMO or cross-functional project environments
  • Strong English communication skills
