Your main missions will be following:
- Manage validation activities for all New Products by running the respective tests & metrology measurements needed to verify the design intent.
- Provide support to Core Tech and Blade Tech during the Development phase in order to finalize specs for all Shavers & Blade Tech Projects.
- Develop new products’ validation protocols’ methodologies & qualification plans in collaboration with the Engineering team whereas needed
- Reporting & debrief of results according to standards to the respective stakeholders
- Lead and/or assist in thorough investigation and root cause analysis of new product issues.
- Support the maintenance of the quality system in the Shavers QA Lab, and all the respective validation documentation according to the ISO 17025:2017 approved standards.
- Engineering degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Lab environment, equipment maintenance / measurements / testing
- Metrology experience is appreciated
- MS Excel / MS Power Point knowledge and data processing experience
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Time management and ability to work on a few projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills, ability to investigate route cause
- Advanced English level
