So what’s the challenge...

Power the growth engine of the PLAY / Impulse Marketing Unit by leveraging data-driven insights, identifying market opportunities, and executing dynamic commercial initiatives that boost retail performance, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate business success.


What your day to day will include:

  • Conducting market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks across assigned retail networks
  • Monitoring market trends, benchmarks, and performance indicators to support business growth and commercial initiatives
  • Consolidating and recommending target splits across products and sales channels by analyzing customer behavior and channel trends
  • Supporting the evaluation and sizing of opportunities for new services, features, and commercial initiatives
  • Preparing performance reports, feasibility studies, and financial analyses to support sales initiatives and projects
  • Supporting the development of business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and forecasts
  • Tracking the performance of commercial initiatives and retail networks, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate data and timely updates
  • Contributing to business and performance reviews through data analysis, insights, and presentation materials
  • Translating data and insights into clear recommendations to support commercial decision-making and stakeholder presentations
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand player behavior, market needs, and competitive opportunities
  • Collecting and consolidating input from Marketing Units, Customer Insights, CRM/Loyalty, Sales, and BPR teams to ensure alignment on performance drivers and action plans
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of commercial policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments and business needs aligned with the role’s responsibilities, skills, and capabilities


What you’ll bring:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field;
  • MBA or MSc in Finance / Statistics considered a plus
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in commercial finance, business development, or sales transformation within large retail networks (e.g. Retail, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG)
  • Experience in developing business plans, commercial recommendations, and go-to-market / route-to-market strategies
  • Experience in P&L management, performance monitoring, and business reporting tools / ERP systems
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Team work with good communiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent comand in both Greek and English (written and oral)
