Reports to: RBS Procurement Manager
Position Role: Place purchase orders, monitor inventory levels of materials and finished products and be responsible for their timely replenishment, support procurement operations and negotiation.

Position details
Reports to: RBS Procurement Manager
Position Role: Place purchase orders, monitor inventory levels of materials and finished products and be responsible for their timely replenishment, support procurement operations and negotiation.
Opportunity
- Create and follow up purchase orders to external suppliers and intercompany orders to our factories to refill stocks of finished products at our central warehouse using SAP ERP
- Daily monitor of the inventory levels and sales demand using special reports at SAP ERP. Also monitor slow moving stocks on monthly basis and coordinate actions to reduce them.
- Sourcing suppliers for raw materials and services, support prices and terms negotiations
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers (prices/terms/claims/payments)
- Support ISO processes and audits (documentation, reporting, compliance)
- Handle claim management processes ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service and Production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or financial field
- 2-4 years’ experience in procurement / planning / supply chain function
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- SAP ERP Materials Management expertise
- Some experience in ISO 9001 Quality Systems
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Applying knowledge of business to advance the organization's goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive in addressing challenging issues with clarity, confidence and integrity
- Understanding of efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement
