This role focuses on leading employee learning and organizational development initiatives, including corporate training programs, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development projects.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Learning & Organizational Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading employee learning and organizational development initiatives, including corporate training programs, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that support employee growth and business needs.
- Manage and continuously improve the Corporate Academy and internal training initiatives.
- Support and improve performance management processes to increase employee and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement succession planning and talent development strategies for key roles.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Use and support HR systems and learning technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors, for learning management, performance management, and talent development processes.
- Research industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) to enhance programs and processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HRM or any other related field ield.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Learning & Development Specialist
- Master’s degree in Human Resources is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Learning, Performance Appraisal & Goal Setting, Succession & Development & Employee Central)
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development or organizational development programs.
- Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools; experience in e-learning design is a plus.
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal)
