The EIB, the European Union's bank is seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Directorate (HR) – HR Business Partnering Division (HRBP) - HR Service Partner Unit (HRSP), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, HR Service Partners*.
The Terms Of These Contracts Will Be
Until 31/12/2027 for the first position
Until 31/12/2028 for the second position

Purpose
Provide operational and administrative support to HR Business Partnering activities in order to deliver an optimal HR service to managers and colleagues across the Bank, ensuring the right level of data confidentiality.
Operating Network
The HR Service Partner reports to the Head of HR Service Partners unit and work closely with one or more HR Business Partners in supporting the managers and teams in the client directorates on general HR matters. He/She interfaces with other HR services and with managers and staff members of the client directorates.
The post requires flexibility, autonomy and the ability to prioritise and handle several tasks simultaneously, while exercising a high attention to detail. It also requires a high level of discretion due to the confidential nature of the matters under the remit of HR Department.

Accountabilities
- Support in delivering consistent and high-quality HR processes with the objective of ensuring an efficient functioning of the HRBP activities, focusing on amongst others:
- Performance and talent review cycles
- Staff transfers and temporary assignments
- Contract extensions and conversions
- Reorganisations
- HR Reporting to managers
- Manage and maintain HR data (e.g. Peoplesoft/Oracle Cloud HCM , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform regular data checks and contribute to reliable reporting for decision-making.
- Provide analysis of available HR reports for the designated Directorates to the HRBPs or directly to managers to support the decision-making process on HR matters, providing feedback to the relevant teams when adjustments or corrections are needed.
- Execute other regular or ad-hoc HR operational and administrative tasks for the covered Directorate(s) in alignment with the respective HRBP(s).
- Initiate improvements and participate in the optimisation of working methods, processes and technologies and raise new ideas that ultimately foster customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- When needed, ensure integration and on-the-job training of more junior colleagues.
- Maintain permanent relationships and good cooperation with Expert HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Customer Service, etc.) to guarantee an optimal flow of information within HR.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with the clients in the business, peers and internal counterparts.
- Secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field or secondary level education with equally qualified experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative support role or operational position, with at least 2 years of experience in HR administration with a solid knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong collaboration and organinsation skills, pro-active attitude, solution and service oriented.
- Developed sense of discretion.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good knowledge of the standard office tools and particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French (***), with a good command of the other. (Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage).
