Role Overview
Ethniki Asfalistiki is looking for a Salesforce Specialist, who will be responsible for managing our Salesforce application ecosystem, to support our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing processes.

Role Overview
Ethniki Asfalistiki is looking for a Salesforce Specialist, who will be responsible for managing our Salesforce application ecosystem, to support our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other IT administrators to develop integration solutions and changes to further leverage and expand the platform across our enterprise and within our target architecture.
- Enhance applications and/or facilitate the use of new applications and customizations to better leverage and expand the use of the platform within our target architecture, as per customer needs (e.g. customer service views, customer 360 views, marketing campaigns, lead generation and management).
- Contribute expertise for issues related to running, maintaining and developing the platform for our business needs.
- Support the execution of our Technology Transformation strategy, as it relates to Customer Experience and help design and orchestrate the integration of various systems and service assets into our Salesforce ecosystem.
- BSc in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, design, development and architecture.
- Demonstrated practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud in a production environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) — not required at entry; strongly encouraged and supported as part of professional development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both in Greek and English.
- Experience in collecting customer requirements and designing solutions.
- Strong documentation and time management skills.
- No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens).
