The Position…

LDB Greece is looking for a Dermatological Business Partner, based in Athens, to join the Commerce team and help shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel, reporting to the Area Sales Manager LDB.

Geographical areas to cover: West Attica, Korinthia, Fthiotida and Evritania.

You will…

Have specific clients’ accountability on a specific geographical area and execute the Pharma-channel strategy O+O.

Build strong relationships with clients to develop our brands and their dermo cosmetics category.

Guarantee the brand image expressed at the point of sale and enforce compliance with merchandising guidelines.

Monitor KPIs & Achieve qualitative and quantitative Sales objectives that are given by the Regional Manager and are in line with our Commercial Policy.

Optimize his customers’ routing and analyze all relevant data.

Ensure an effective educational partnership with pharmacists & BAs.

Uses all available communication channels - physical & digital - to strengthen relationships with customers

Pursue effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results (Shares market data & information, ensure synergies).

Advocate for L4TF initiatives (refills, green corners, suncare stands returns).

You have…

Bachelor’s degree as a base.

Ideally 2 years of commercial / sales experience preferably in B2B environment.

Business orientation, innovative thinking, digital savvy, analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills.

Ability to build win – win relationships with the customers as well as to maintain an open dialogue with the division’s gatekeepers; focus on growth; resilience.

Computer skills and systems literacy.

Results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B work environment.
