We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist for Z-mall eShop with a strong performance and growth mindset to co-manage and scale the website’s affiliated brands.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of sales performance, across B2C and selected B2B eCommerce flows.
The Role
You will have co-ownership of the performance and growth of the eCommerce channel, with a core focus on:
revenue and sales growth, conversion optimization, profitability and scalability.

The Role
You will have co-ownership of the performance and growth of the eCommerce channel, with a core focus on:

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of eCommerce P&L (revenue, margins, conversion)
- Design and execution of growth strategies (traffic, conversion, retention)
- Co-management of the commercial calendar (product launches, promotions, bundles)
- Co-handling of pricing strategy optimization and margin management
- Coordination with performance marketing (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM)
- KPI analysis and performance tracking: Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, Retention in collaboration with external and internal teams
- Continuous optimization of UX and customer journey
- Close collaboration with marketing and content teams
- Coordination with operations and logistics to support scalable growth
- Support of omnichannel strategy (eShop, retail, B2B touchpoints)
- 3–4 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Growth roles
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Magento
- Expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways and order management systems
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset
- Passion for retail clothing & fashion performance
- Comfortable with ownership, accountability and targets
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
