Job Overview

as an Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist supporting customers

through phone, email, and chat.

What You'll Do

Provide professional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via

phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a high level of

satisfaction

Build strong customer relationships through empathy, professionalism,

and clear communication

Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Escalate more complex cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution

Work closely with your team and management to maintain service

excellence

Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas for improvement

Follow company procedures and data protection regulations at all times

What We're Looking For

Fluent Italian in both written and spoken communication

Good level of English (minimum B2)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

Comfortable using CRM systems, software tools, and troubleshooting

technical issues

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

Monthly salary: 1,045.72€ gross + performance bonus

Productivity bonus of up to 10% of gross salary, depending on target

achievement

Salary increase to 1,100.00€ gross after 12 months of employment

Salary increase to 1,150.00€ gross after 3 years of employment

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Work hours: 09:00–21:00

Work from home: Yes

Training from home: Yes

Fully paid training by certified instructors
