Job Description

We are looking for an experienced innovator, who believes that user centric, valuable content can make a difference and is willing to drive its creation.

As a Visual Content Creator in Desquared, you will join the Marketing Services Team. You should be able to create killer visual content, such as banners, infographics, email templates, videos and have a thorough understanding of visual content impact on user experience and digital product performance. You should also be able to lead others to create top quality, authentic, valuable, original content, based on Desquared’s digital products’ needs.

As a Desquared Graphic Design / Visual Content Creator you will:

• Capture the attention of the viewer and motivate them toward positive outcomes.
• Create compelling visuals for different digital products
• Cooperate closely with copy content creators and together create top quality content
• Measure your content performance and continually raise your quality standards
• Suggest ideas for different types and variation of pieces of visual content

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of graphic design work
• Solid knowledge of design fundamentals such as visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
• Experience with print and various digital media and campaign types
• Proficiency with Adobe CS Software ( Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to create videos, 3D graphics, gif animations, landing pages, email templates
• Thorough understanding of marketing principles and goals
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Incredible attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Literacy in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma
• Experience with content marketing & marketing campaigns
• Entrepreneurial or business mindset – if you owned the product, how would you tell its story?
• Brand design experience
