Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and digital savvy talent to join our End Users & Industrial Integrators Channel Sales Team. As a Product Application Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Channel Director. As an Industry Automation Product Application Engineer, the job holder will provide technical support for automation and control products of Industry BU, supporting the sales force, the business partners (all channels) and the customers (all types), through the development of industrial automation applications. He / she will be accountable for the technical sales of products and solutions of the company to Industrial Partners, developing new and existing direct or indirect customers.

What will you do:
- Applies knowledge of Schneider Electric industrial products/solutions/services with special focus on Automation, to meet customer's needs
- Drives business opportunities’ qualification and facilitates advancement through the partners channel
- Develops sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan
- Contributes to the total Industry Automation BU Sales Targets to all sales channels
- Realizes Technical Presentations & regular follow up of targeted customers and offers product & application technical support to all types of customers of Industry Automation products
- Is in constant communication and cooperation with the local and regional engineering centre and the Industry marketing community of country and region.
- Leverages business partners and key market influencers to support territory sales coverage requirements
- Establish and develop the digital competencies and offer of our network of partners who deliver the abovementiond Schneider Solutions.
- Supplies management with written and oral reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and opportunities for selling new solutions, products and services
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, and following up on accounts
- University or Technical University (AEI/TEI) Electrical Engineering Degree
- Major in Automation or Motion Control will be considered as a plus
- Approximately 5 years of experience in technical or sales position in Industrial, Marine, SI or OEM customers, especially related with industrial automation, drives and control solutions
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language
- PC Skills: advanced, especially regarding MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Technical skills (especially in Industrial Automation PLC – HMI – VFD’
- Ability to influence, develop and manage partners
- Presentation skills
- Autonomy operation and high degree of initiative
- Customer focused
- Global mindset willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
- Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
