We are seeking a proactive and purpose-driven CSR & Cultural Programs Coordinator to design, implement, and evolve the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, while enriching the employee experience through meaningful cultural engagement.


This role focuses primarily on CSR strategy and execution, with cultural programs forming an integrated part of the broader employee experience and social impact framework. The successful candidate will contribute to building a coherent and impactful CSR presence aligned with the company’s values and identity, while fostering employee participation and internal engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Corporate Social Responsibility (Primary Focus)

  • Research, design, and implement CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s values and strategic priorities
  • Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, social institutions, and community organizations
  • Coordinate and execute CSR programs, including volunteering initiatives, social impact activities, and corporate giving
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on CSR activities, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with company objectives
  • Manage operational and financial processes related to CSR initiatives, including budget tracking and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to CSR programs



Cultural Programs & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee cultural initiatives that enhance engagement and company culture, including:
  • Theatre visits and performances
  • Museum visits, exhibitions, and cultural site experiences
  • Identify and introduce new cultural experiences aligned with employee interests and company identity
  • Ensure seamless execution of all cultural activities, including logistics, vendors, and participant experience



Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Prepare and manage communication for CSR and cultural initiatives, including:
  • Internal announcements and campaigns
  • Invitations and participation drives
  • Employee engagement surveys
  • Promote awareness and participation across the organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment



Cross-functional Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, venues, and organizations
  • Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in CSR, community engagement, ESG programs, or event/cultural program coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with NGOs, social initiatives, or CSR programs is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)



Preferred Profile

  • Background in CSR, Sustainability, Communications, Cultural Management, Event Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in structured or multi-entity environments is a must
  • Exposure to cultural organizations, museums, or arts-related initiatives is considered a plus
  • Strong interest in social impact, culture, and employee engagement
