Role Summary
The Commercial Specialist is based in Athens and supports Key Account Manager and senior commercial leadership across our international portfolio of services and product accounts. The role combines proposal development, contract administration, revenue tracking, product order management, and pre-sales coordination across multiple regions and time zones. Role Summary
The Commercial Specialist is based in Athens and supports Key Account Manager and senior commercial leadership across our international portfolio of services and product accounts. The role combines proposal development, contract administration, revenue tracking, product order management, and pre-sales coordination across multiple regions and time zones. It suits an early-career professional who wants to build an international commercial career inside a technical cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Proposals: Draft and tailor proposals across solutions. Coordinate inputs from distributed technical teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- RFP and Tender Preparation: Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain a structured library of reusable content, qualifications, and case references.
- Contract Drafting: Draft and review standard commercial agreements, SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and order forms using approved templates. Liaise with legal and finance on non-standard clauses and cross-border requirements.
- Revenue Operations: Maintain commercial dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, and revenue recognition across services and product lines. Track contract milestones, billing schedules, and renewals. Flag exceptions early.
- Product Sales Support: Support the full product sales cycle including quote generation, license tracking, order processing, fulfillment coordination, and renewals. Coordinate trials and proof-of-value engagements with technical teams.
- Lead Follow-Up: Manage inbound and outbound lead workflows from international events, campaigns, and partner referrals. Qualify, route, and progress leads. Keep the CRM accurate.
- Pre-Sales Coordination: Schedule scoping calls, demos, and discovery sessions across time zones. Prepare client briefing packs and ensure technical experts are properly briefed ahead of meetings.
- Account Planning and Reviews: Support account managers with account plans, quarterly business reviews, and renewal cycles. Help track account health, expansion opportunities, and key client milestones.
- Vendor Registration and Procurement: Manage vendor onboarding with client procurement portals, supplier registration in international markets, and ongoing compliance documentation (KYC, certifications, due diligence questionnaires).
- Sales Enablement: Maintain commercial collateral including case studies, capability decks, one-pagers, and reference lists. Keep CRM templates and proposal libraries current.
- Partnership and Channel Coordination: Support administration of reseller, distributor, and technology partner relationships. Coordinate joint pursuits and partner-driven opportunities.
- Commercial Reporting: Contribute to forecasting cadences, win/loss analysis, and internal commercial reporting cycles.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, account management, or consulting operations. Cybersecurity or B2B enterprise technology background preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working across time zones with international clients and colleagues.
- Strong with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and document collaboration platforms.
- High attention to detail and a track record of owning deadlines.
- Ability to translate business value content into clear commercial language.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
