Freelance Graphic Designer – Events, On-site Crete

Join a vibrant beachclub and events venue in Hersonissos, Crete, as a graphic designer for the summer season. This on-site role is ideal for a creative professional eager to contribute to dynamic marketing and event promotion efforts. You will collaborate closely with the media team to design engaging graphics and capture key moments throughout a busy calendar of events. The position runs for three months, starting early to mid-June, with accommodation and meals provided. This is an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio in a lively, fast-paced environment, working on artist posters and promotional materials for high-profile events.

Deliverables

• Design event posters, digital graphics, and promotional materials for social media and print
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts for campaigns
• Capture and edit event photography to document key moments and support promotional activities
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the venue’s brand identity and event themes
• Assist with on-site media needs during live events
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, especially in event or hospitality settings
• Basic photography skills and experience with photo editing software
• Ability to work on-site in Hersonissos, Crete, for the full three-month period (accommodation and food provided)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
