Job Description:
- Manage daily requests/inquiries from branch managers/franchisees
- Interact with branch managers/franchisees
- Train and coach branch managers / franchisees
- Gather insights on issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved. Evaluate. Suggest changes.
- Provide direct support to the Director of Branches.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare business reports.
- Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, etc.
- Appropriately manage information of highly confidential and critical nature.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience:
- University degree holder, ideally in Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)
- Advanced MS Office applications skills (exceptional capability to manipulate data on Excel),
- Great focus in detail, time management and excellent organization abilities
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
