Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out

Transport: Safely escort guests and their belongings to rooms or vehicles as needed

Information: Provide guests with basic hotel information, directions, and local area tips

Lobby Support: Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy and assist with opening doors or calling taxis

Coordination: Communicate guest requests to Front Office and other departments promptly

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf club environment
• Good command of English (verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Valid European or international driving license (required)
• Basic mechanical awareness is a plus
• Friendly professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude
