Job Details

100% Remote (within Greece )

Monday–Friday (occasional weekend shifts)

Rotating shifts (08:00 – 00:00)

8-month contract

Your Role

Assist customers via phone, email & chat regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries — mainly in German (with English support when needed ).

Requirements

German C1+

English B2+

EU citizenship required

Basic PC skills

Strong communication & multitasking abilities

No experience required (customer service or hospitality background is a plus)
