- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field
- Proven experience in brand operations and marketing strategies, preferably in FMCG or similar industry
- A forward thinker with a growth mindset and ability to identify, define and analyze alternative courses of action
- Ability to persevere through challenges and adapt to changes
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to nurture relationships within the team
