- Train new hired shift technicians following competency list (Skill matrix).
- Technical documentation owners: electrical diagrams, PLC programs, drives program, work instructions
- Execute technical studies for improvements with business cases.
- Manage technical obsolescence of electrical / electronical components
- Identify improvement roadmap for maintenance team
- Identify improvement roadmap for assets
- Measure performance – dashboard - track PDCA progress.
- Maintenance plan owner.
- Spare parts stock definition owner
- Local SAP-PM (or equivalent) administrator
- Digital leader for maintenance
