Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Athens, Greece

Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Bonus: 750 euros gross (Quarterly paid)
Welcome bonus €100 gross
Additional €100 monthly project bonus for ISR Server project
Private life & health insurance including dental and eye care
Health insurance effective after 3 months for local hires and from Day 1 for relocated candidates
Free access to the corporate gym
Fixed working hours option for mothers with children up to 2 years old
Daily net Mastercard allowance: €3 net per working day during the first 12 months.
Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€)
4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation
Assistance with finding permanent accommodation
Relocation Cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month
Administrative support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion
- Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
- Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
- Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage
- Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business
- Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Native or near-native level in Czech, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
- Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
