We are looking for a Warranty Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer standards and policies.
• Review and verify technical documentation, repair orders, and parts related to warranty cases.
• Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and pending cases to ensure timely processing.
• Liaise with workshops, technical teams, and manufacturers regarding warranty procedures and technical issues.
• Be responsible for conducting warranty audits.
• Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines, audits, and after-sales processes.
• Prepare reports and monitor warranty KPIs, costs, and performance.
• Support after-sales operations and stay updated on technical bulletins, recalls, and warranty updates.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in Warranty, After-sales, or Automotive Administration roles.
• Good technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Familiarity with warranty systems, DMS/ERP platforms, and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with EV brands and multi-brand automotive environments will be considered as an asset.
