Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, rates, and Booking.com policies.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions using Booking.com's reservation system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
