Business Analyst

Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Business Analyst for our Data Processing and Cleansing department, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality data solutions. The job requires you to be able work independently while you have a keen sense of community as well can work in teams.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Collaborate with users to understand and address specific needs within their areas of responsibility
• Involve development resources where applicable, as effectively as possible.
• Involve stakeholders in the business unit where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to define and document business requirements that align with overall business objectives.
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of solutions, emphasizing innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, collaborating with development teams.
• Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels to gather requirements, expectations, and feedback.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Play a limited role in solution maintenance, addressing critical issues and ensuring solution stability.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and address maintenance tasks efficiently within their areas of responsibility

• Technical backround
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand the interlocutor needs.
• Business Processes and optimization
• Customer focused, results oriented, high self-motivated and self-organized
• Understanding of solution development processes, emphasizing innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Knowledge of change management principles, including impact assessments and transition facilitation.
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in cross organizational structure
• Fluency in English, IT skills
• Business Analysis or Project Management certifications are nice to have (e.g., CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA).
