We are currently recruiting for the position of: IT&T Business Applications Support Services Engineer with the following responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, implement, configure, and support IT&T Business Applications for both aviation and non-aviation Applications, Systems, and Software solutions, ensuring alignment with overall IT&T strategy.
• Ensure timely implementation & compliance with internal standards (IT, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture) and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance, including inventory & maintenance management, quality control, and documentation (diagrams, procedures, checklists, guidelines).
• Manage and follow Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes, including participation in Change Management Process and evaluation of the change requests suggested.
• Ensure high availability through contingency planning, on-call support, and coordination with vendors, integrators, and contractors for tools and hardware/software delivery and maintenance and for meeting the agreed service levels with internal and external stakeholders
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, services, trends, risks and solutions in line with business needs and industry standards.
• Support project delivery and operational excellence, including Capacity Planning and Provisioning, Performance Monitoring, Planning & Tuning, compliance (ISO standards), and acting as Project Manager when required.

The Qualifications and the Skills required for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with knowledge in Application administration and development; Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience on enterprise-related systems (e.g. ERP, websites).
• 2+ years of professional experience in supporting Aviation (e.g. AODB, FIDS, BHS, CUTE) would be strongly appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, with a collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Solid understanding of service design and integration, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions under pressure, and propose innovative, practical improvements.
