Passenger Management Agent

About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Passenger Management Agent. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless and efficient passenger experience throughout all pre-check-in stages of their journey. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of passenger data, supporting flight readiness, and contributing to operational decision-making through effective monitoring and coordination across systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies between the reservations system and the Departure Control System (DCS).
• Track and report flight load factors to ensure optimal capacity management.
• Identify and solve system-related discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures through systematic monitoring.
• Manage seat allocation and inventory during operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales Groups, Operations Control Center, Airport Stations, and Planning) to address any issue related to the Departure Control System.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer service support or related fields. Previous experience in airport operations will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite). Familiarity with DCS (e.g. Amadeus CM) will be considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
