HELLENIC CABLES S.A. is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in our Plant in Thiva.
Role Description
Role Description
- Oversee daily cable manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with production schedules.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or material issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect products, analyze production data, and enforce strict safety and quality standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and production reports.
- Ensure new processes are scalable and meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Streamlined production workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Typically required in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands, technologies, and market conditions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
