Assistant Beach Waiters/Waitresses

for the beach area.

Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with guests in the correct manner as lay out by Hotel Standards
• Detailed knowledge and presentation of Branco menu items and cooking methods
• Assist waiters and follow their directions during the operation
• Serve food & beverages according to Hotel Service Standards
• Clean and set up tables timely
• Keep the workstations and sections organized and stocked
• Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
• Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Follow all hygiene regulations and customer service guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good communication skills
• Professional manners and team spirit
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality related studies and additional languages will be considered a plus
