We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team and provide legal support across the company’s operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in commercial and corporate law, preferably gained through in-house legal work and/or collaboration with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on matters of commercial and corporate law
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Offer legal support on corporate actions, restructurings, and agreements
• Handle regulatory compliance matters and internal policies
• Liaise with external legal advisors where required
• Support management in strategic decision-making with legal input
  
  

Requirements

• Law degree and license to practice law in Greece
• 4+ years of experience in commercial and corporate law
• Prior experience in an in-house legal department or working with businesses
• Excellent command of Greek and strong knowledge of English legal terminology
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across different departments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Commercial or Corporate Law
• Experience in international commercial transactions or cross-border agreements

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kallithea, Athens, Greece.
