Cross-Docking Supervisor

Work4u International, on behalf of a company operating in the supply chain and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Cross-Docking Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and optimizing the daily operations of the cross-docking department within a high-demand distribution/logistics environment.

The role is highly operational in nature and focuses on ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound to outbound without intermediate storage, aiming for maximum speed, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Cross-Docking department
• Coordinate and lead a team of 10+ employees, including shift planning and performance evaluation
• Organize and continuously improve cross-docking processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Monitor and manage operational flows using WMS systems and RF scanners
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs (speed, accuracy, productivity, service levels)
• Respond promptly to operational issues and resolve them in real time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision
• Experience in KPI-driven, fast-paced operational environments
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Good command of the English language
• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus
