YOUR ROLE

As Account Manager - Corporate Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in both existing and emerging markets. We are seeking professionals with a proven track record of creating long-term value for organizations, who are passionate about customer success and adept at solving evolving client needs. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a willingness to travel in order to foster strong, strategic partnerships.


  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with Edenred solutions, driving long-term retention.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and present insights to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a cooperative and dynamic environment within the organization to achieve collective success.


YOUR PROFILE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
