Superior Air, part of EFA Group, is looking for an HR Generalist who will take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and support the smooth running of people-related operations across the organization, while actively contributing to the development and structuring of the HR function.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations, Administration & Process Setup

  • Manage daily HR operations (contracts, onboarding, offboarding processes)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll processes in collaboration with external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Participate in the standardization and improvement of HR processes, policies, and documentation
  • Contribute to building and organizing HR workflows and practices to support business growth


Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support recruitment activities
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives


Employee Relations

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  • Handle employee queries and ensure smooth daily HR operations
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture


Performance, Development & HR Metrics

  • Support performance review processes
  • Assist in training and development initiatives
  • Track and monitor key HR metrics


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of Greek labor law
  • Solid experience in HR administration matters
  • Familiarity with HR systems / ERP tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Exposure to multinational or multi-entity organizations
  • Experience in employer branding or HR projects
  • Experience supporting the setup or improvement of HR processes or structures
