Warehouse Manager - Larissa

CURITY Pharma is a fast-growing, pharmaceutical company focused on the production of medical cannabis. With a state-of-the-art facility in Larissa and a commitment to innovation, quality, and patient care, we are looking to expand our operational team with a highly organized and compliance-driven Warehouse Manager.

The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse and waste management operations at our production site, ensuring full compliance with EU-GMP regulations and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role is critical to maintaining traceability, cleanliness, and regulatory adherence throughout the product lifecycle—from raw materials to finished goods and waste handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with EU-GMP guidelines and internal SOPs
• Manage waste segregation, storage, documentation, and final disposal in line with regulatory and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate warehouse records (manual and digital) to ensure full traceability of materials and products
• Coordinate closely with the Quality, Production, and Security teams to align operations with batch production plans and audit readiness
• Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) and respond to deviations
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure continuous training on GMP and QMS requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Report KPIs and non-conformities to the Site Manager and QA department

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or GMP-regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Familiarity with waste classification and handling regulations
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Fluent in Greek, good command of English (verbal and written)
• Team leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant degree or professional certification in logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations is a plus
