What Will Your Day Look Like?

As part of the support team, you will:

Help Portuguese-speaking customers via phone and/or chat

Assist users with account questions, billing inquiries, and service-related issues

Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for apps, software, and connectivity

Guide users through websites and digital platforms

Deliver fast, friendly, and solution-oriented support

Create positive customer experiences through clear and empathetic communication
