We are looking for a Payroll Software Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Providing consulting expertise and functional support for Payroll software solutions
• Advising customers on HR and Payroll best practices and business processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving payroll and HR-related issues for customers and partners
• Delivering user training sessions and supporting successful software adoption
• Maintaining accurate documentation of implemented solutions and processes
• Staying up to date with changes in payroll legislation and employment regulations

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Payroll or HR administration roles
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and HR procedures
• Experience with payroll software solutions will be considered a strong asset
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mentality
