About The Role

As a Survey Delivery & Innovation Associate, you will partner with our clients, transforming their complex quantitative B2B insights needs into best-in-class surveys. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle of multiple projects: advising clients on how to ask the right questions to capture precise data, programming surveys from scratch, implementing rigorous quality control measures on responses and building compelling, turnkey visualizations and outputs that translate raw data into clearer insights.

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented candidate with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to drive success for our B2B Surveys product and team. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple client projects simultaneously and rapidly developing core skills like critical thinking, teamwork, time management, and prioritization. You will also collaborate with a dynamic cross-cultural team, developing transferable skills in market research design and programming, data visualization & reporting, enhanced commercial awareness, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Partnership & Advisory: Collaborate closely with Client Service Team account managers to scope survey requirements, advise on survey programming best practices, and deliver top-tier visualizations, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
• Quality Excellence: Actively support the Client Service Team by ensuring adherence to Dialectica’s high-quality criteria framework, guaranteeing top quality delivery for our clients.
• Automation & AI Integration: Proactively develop and implement new automation processes and functionalities, leveraging AI and complementary tools to globally optimize internal workflows and client-facing processes across the entire Survey product offering.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Experience working with Python, XML or CSS coding.
• Experience working in market research or survey related fields is a plus.
• Experience programming surveys from scratch within survey tools such as Forsta/Decipher, Qualtrics, QuestionPro, etc. is a plus.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel (eg. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) with an aptitude for utilizing dynamic functions (FILTER, QUERY) or leveraging AI tools to automate daily tasks and formulas.
• Academic achievement gained in any undergraduate field such as engineering, business, statistics, preferred (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Professional working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
