Job Summary


As we are continuously growing, we are now looking for a person to join our Customer Service Team. We are proud of our strong brand reputation – making life easier for our customers with quick responding support.


Core Accountabilities

  • Respond customer inquiries about company’s products and services via email or phone.
  • Register and maintain customer database, activate services, pre-define customers’ portfolio, and follow up subscription services.
  • Prepare quotations, process incoming orders, and deliver products in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Handling order cancellations, product returns and resolve any disputed invoices.
  • Providing help and support to customers for any software issue or portal access.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors


Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification/experience (minimum two years) in a relevant and/or customer-facing role within a similar sector


Skills & Experience - Essential

  • Great Reliability, dependability, Adaptability, and consistently perform at a high level.
  • Strong knowledge of the product or service to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear and concise responses.
  • Good understanding of technology and software systems.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desirable

  • Equivalent working experience (2 years+) in marine technology industry preferred
