We are looking for Junior Payroll Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Handle incoming customer requests via email, ticketing platforms, and CRM systems regarding payroll software support.
• Assist customers with payroll-related inquiries, including payroll processing, employee records, reporting, and system usage.
• Support tasks related to data entry, system configuration, and customer account updates.
• Ensure proper handling of payroll and accounting documents such as payslips, tax reports, social security files, and payroll exports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high-quality support.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in support procedures and software processes.
• Guide customers in the proper use of payroll software features and related integrations
  
  

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Up to 1–2 years of experience in payroll support, accounting software support, or customer support for business software solutions.
• Basic understanding of payroll procedures and HR/payroll systems.
• Familiarity with myDATA, ERGANI, or HR/payroll platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Basic technical understanding of software applications and business processes.
