Overall Purpose of The Job

• The TA Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of TA Partners and Associates to deliver a high-quality, proactive, and efficient recruitment service. The TA Manager translates the global recruitment strategy into day-to-day operational activity, ensuring consistency in process, compliance with policy, and strong stakeholder relationships across their area of responsibility.
  
  

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

• Manage and coach a team of TA Partners and TA Associates, driving performance, engagement and development.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring quality, speed and compliance at every stage.
• Own the Global Graduate Development Programme Recruitment
• Implement global recruitment policies, processes and tools within the team, driving consistency and best practice.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with HR Business Partners and senior hiring managers across designated locations.
• Monitor team workloads, prioritise activity and ensure resource is allocated appropriately to meet business demands.
• Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the Global Head of TA in embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the function.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with local employment legislation, V.Group ethics, values, and relevant policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training for recruitment resources within the team.
• Participate in and contribute to key HR and business projects as required.

Essential

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role, with experience of team leadership or management.
• Strong working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including volume and specialist hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Desirable

• Experience of recruiting across multiple locations or geographies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Understanding of employment legislation across different jurisdictions.
