We are looking for an HR Specialist who will primarily support the design, coordination and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives, working closely with the responsible L&D lead. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with strong involvement in coordination, organization, and day‑to‑day operational support.
In parallel, the position will also provide broader support across HR activities, contributing to the smooth running of the employee lifecycle where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and training initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of training content and learning materials (presentations, guides, internal communications)
- Track L&D activities (participant records, feedback, attendance, reporting)
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the L&D function (scheduling, communication, logistics)
- Coordinate logistics (timelines, vendors, venues) and liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate HR and training records
- Handle HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and employee records
- Support onboarding processes and hiring administration (documentation, coordination, follow‑ups)

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles
- Experience in L&D coordination and HR administration will be considered an asset
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English
