ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:


Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing professional to design and lead our Out of Home Channel Marketing strategy for a specific sub-channel for our TCCC&CCH brands portfolio, starting from identifying the out of home channels’ big bets to the moment when Channel strategy cascaded down and executed at the delight of our customers and by creating unique experiences for our consumers.

Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager – Out of Home, this role will work on maximizing the value we generate through existing selling Channels and potential dry ones yet to be activated. Your role uses relevant channel and consumer insights, sets up best in class channel strategy and passionately works on its execution.

In this high-visibility role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, supply chain, system partners, customers, suppliers, and the broader eco-system. You will be an active contributor within the Marketing team, leading and executing initiatives that support business performance. Partnering closely with sales, you will help bring our RGM vision to life in store.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Own and define the Channel strategy, long-range vision, and annual Business Plan, grounded in strong market, customer, and consumer insights
  • Identify and lead growth opportunities and big bets, translating them into clear channel priorities and activation roadmaps
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Integration team to connect brand strategy with channel plans, including NPDs, channel activations, and marketing calendars
  • Act as SPOC for a key category, orchestrating the channel agenda, aligning priorities to ensure focus and delivery
  • Drive the end-to-end Channel agenda, leading cross-functional alignment with Sales, Portfolio Integration, RGM, and HORECA teams
  • Lead investment strategy and DME allocation, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives and strong ROI delivery
  • Leverage data and insights (in partnership with DIAI) to inform decisions, size opportunities, and continuously optimize performance
  • Own and embed commercial excellence standards, including Picture of Success (PiCOS), zoning and shopper-centric execution principles in collaboration with RGM and Sales
  • Co-create and steer promo strategies and calendars with RGM and Sales to unlock growth and customer value
  • Champion innovation, developing differentiated, “Coke-only” activations and leveraging best practices across markets
  • Set direction and performance standards, tracking KPIs, challenging results, and driving corrective actions where needed
  • Build and inspire capability, coaching teams and elevating OOH channel expertise across the organization

Qualifiers:

  • University diploma
  • Fluent English
  • 5-7 years comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations.
