We are looking for a Front Desk & Office Administrator to handle front desk activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless daily office operations.

What You'll Do

Reception & Communication

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners with courtesy and professionalism
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and a positive visitor experience
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
  • Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
  • Manage courier services, deliveries, and shipments

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and partner records into the CRM system
  • Manage and update CRM calendar activities, including meetings, follow-ups, and reminders

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and across departments
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and all meetings coordination (room bookings, equipment setup, refreshments, etc.)
  • Handle correspondence, schedule follow-ups, and support daily executive tasks
  • Assist other teams (e.g. Sales, Warehouse, HR etc.) as needed

Office Supplies & Facilities Management

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for ordering office materials (stationery, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • Track inventory levels and control related costs
  • Support basic facility management tasks (maintenance requests, office upkeep)

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred
  • Solid computer skills (email, MS Office, etc.)
  • Good command of English (additional languages considered a plus)
