Guest Relations Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events.
• Promote hotel facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa, and other available services.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow up with guests to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
• Maintain effective communication with departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Coordinate special requests such as room preferences, celebrations, and specific amenities.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera and other hotel-related software.
