As part of the Customer Support team, you will be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent payment experience.
Your Daily Responsibilities

- Option 2: €250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fees

As part of the Customer Support team, you will be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent payment experience.
Your Daily Responsibilities
In this customer-facing role, your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails in German (French or another Swiss language is a plus).
- Providing Tier 1 support related to:
- Invoice and payment clarifications
- Reminder fees and billing questions
- Basic collection-related inquiries
- Updating customer records using internal tools and following up on payment or technical issues.
- Collaborating with your team and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient support, reflecting the companys high trust standards.
Languages:
- German – C1 (Advanced, required)
- English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate, required for training)
- No prior experience required; full training provided
- Background or interest in finance, payments, or economics is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy and multitasking
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Base salary: €1,300 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to 10% of gross salary
- Paid training: 25 working days
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00
