About The Role

The Global Total Reward Senior Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of our global compensation and benefits programs. This includes driving the annual salary review cycles, conducting market benchmarking and competitive analysis, managing our job architecture, and ensuring our programs are equitable, scalable, and compliant across all our markets.

This is an Athens/Greece-based role that will focus on enabling Dialectica's operational excellence globally, with a global market mindset; and will work closely & have regular interaction with our HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams.

In close collaboration with the Global Total Rewards Senior Specialist you will drive, as needed, the orchestration of key projects, C&B vendor management, incentive plan analysis, people budgeting and costing, and the building of analytical capabilities within the People team.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assists in the establishment and implementation of the strategy, design, and delivery of communications for all Total Rewards programs.
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and implements changes and updates, and regularly assists on documentation and reviews of C&B procedures and policies.
  • Contributes to analysis and recomendation to final decisions for annual benefits renewals.
  • Oversight maintenance and update the Overall Compensation Internal and External Data Base.
  • Participates in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze an organization's competitive position.
  • Identifies and implements scalable tools that optimize for efficiency.
  • Develops and coordinates communications designed to educate and inform employees and People Partners about Total Rewards.
  • Prepares annual budget for total rewards and track expenditures related to C&B program
  • Supports all compensation planning processes in collaboration with human resources and Finance
  • Assess financial impact for the development and integration of new rewards programs to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost-effective.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and People partners for complex offers development.
  • Support the execution of others related C&B initiatives as needed.

Our future Dialectica team member has

  • The ability to act as a seasoned individual contributor who works independently with minimal supervision and provides support, research, and knowledge to manage the organization's total rewards programs.
  • Graduate degree or higher within business, engineering or related fields of background.
  • 4-6 years of working experience preferably with exposure in Total Rewards, Payroll, or General HR with analytical numerical experience.
  • Demonstrable research and problem solving capabilities combined with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Natural drive and enthusiasm for Human Resources / Total Rewards function and advanced relationship building skills
