Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our team at the airport. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure a smooth process and flow of the daily Brokerage billing & procedures and compliance to statutory requirements

This Position Concerns Custom & Brokerage Charges Billing

• Import Billing: Import Formal Document Delivery Order
• Opening new customers in UPS systems
• Billing of duties and taxes released shipments (removed from warehouse) and give the free delivery via mail.
• Customer Service: Answering emails about the customs clearance deposits for free delivery
• Handling of e mails about customers complaints
• Reconciling invoices issued
• Other billing tasks assigned from management
